What to Expect

Each charcuterie experience typically includes a curated balance of:

• Artisan cheeses

• Premium cured meats

• Dry and seasonal fruits

• Gourmet crackers and breads

• Nuts, spreads, and sweet pairings

Selections are thoughtfully adjusted based on seasonality, availability, and your custom preferences.

• For larger events, we typically assemble multiple boards, each measuring 12x22 inches, or we offer a grazing table, charcuterie cup display or a mix of three to create a stunning display.  

• One tray, measuring 12x22 inches, can comfortably serve 10 people as a meal or 15 guests as an appetizer. 

• You will choose between our Premium or Popular Selection. The Premium selection features high-end cheeses, gourmet meats, and luxurious accompaniments, while the Popular selection includes well-known cheeses and meats.

• Please select the portion size for each guest. Our Meal Size option includes 5-6 ounces of charcuterie and 7-8 ounces of accompaniments per person. The Appetizer Size consists of 4 ounces of charcuterie and 5 ounces of accompaniments per person.

• As a complimentary service, we provide bread and crackers at no extra charge.  

• We offer complimentary setup and presentation for orders over $600, which includes table covers and a custom-designed, visually stunning display.  

• Our boards focus on quality and pure products only; we don’t use fillers. We serve a variety of breads and crackers on separate trays at no additional cost.  

• We are committed to sustainability and use biodegradable, compostable, and recyclable packaging and utensils to minimize our environmental impact. Good food should also mean caring for our planet!
